In the unique baseball season that was 2020, the World Series between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Tampa Bay Rays was captured by MLB’s official World Series film. Director Jed Tuminaro joined the show to chronicle the new film that is available on Blu-Ray, DVD, and digital.
The film is narrated by the legendary Hall of Fame longtime voice of the Dodgers, Vin Scully. In the episode, hear a preview of Scully’s narration.
Tuminaro gives an inside story of how they made the film despite COVID-19 safety precautions, and how they weaved the pandemic into the story. Plus, how they handled the neutral site and captured the magic of that thrilling Game 4 and Blake Snell’s departure from Game 6.
