This week on Hall of Justice:

The latest release in the “Tomorrow-Verse,” a collection of DC Universe movies set in the same continuity, “Legion of Super-Heroes” is set for release on February 7, 2023, on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Combo Pack and Digital from Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment. Josie Campbell wrote the film and makes her first appearance on the podcast. In the film, Supergirl travels to the 31st Century to enroll in the Legion Academy, where a new generation hones their powers with hopes of joining the Legion of Super-Heroes. Devastated by tragedy, Supergirl struggles to adjust to her new life on Earth. Taking her cousin Superman’s advice, Supergirl leaves their space-time to attend the Academy. There, she quickly makes new friends, as well as a new enemy with old ties: Brainiac 5. But a nefarious plot lurks in the shadows – the mysterious group known as the Dark Circle seeks a powerful weapon held in the Academy’s vault.

Campbell is best known for being the head writer of the Netflix Series “She-Ra: Princess of Power.” She also worked on the WB/Disney production “Right Now Kapow.” She has also written several DC Comics, including a run-on Shazam.

In this episode, Campbell discusses her writing style and gives a detailed preview of the new Legion film.
