With the recent announcement that USC and UCLA were moving from the PAC-12 to the Big 10, many questions were raised about the future of college football, and subsequently, college sports overall. Andy Staples has covered college football at the Athletic since 2019. He covered college football for Sports Illustrated from 2008-19.
