After a brief hiatus the guys are back with Sean Clores of the CCNY Beavers. First the guys talk about all of the cancellations of conference and NCAA tourneys and Smallz gives his perspective as a coach whose team was about to play in the Division 2 tournament. They then welcome Sean on to talk about his experience as a first year head coach. They cover topics like planning for a rebuild, learning from other coaches and building genuine relationships through camps and other work opportunities.
