On this week’s episode of Long Gone, the boys debate Jeff Kent’s Hall of Fame nod, and where he measures up to others. Was his selection by the Contemporary Era Committee a shot to Barry Bonds and other roiders? With Kyle Schwarber and Edwin Diaz off the board now, the offseason seems to be picking up steam as we head into Winter Meetings. The boys discuss these current deals and the sneaky good Red Sox/Pirates trade from last week. Afterwards, the boys keep their GM hats on and move over from picking two good teams last week to two bottom-feeders this week to turn around. Steve tries his hand at the lowly Twins, while Mikey mans the Pirates. Two teams with two different strategies under the boys’ guidance. Following this they round out the show with Collection Corner.
