On this week’s episode, we begin by paying tribute to Tim McCarver, who after a seven decade career in baseball as an All-Star catcher and Hall of Fame broadcaster passed away at the age of 81. From there, we discuss Corbin Burnes’ displeasure with the Brewers following his arbitration hearing, Manny Machado’s pending opt-out to test free agency for the second time, the Phillies locking up a pair of relievers, Bud Black’s one-year extension, Frankie Montas’ pending shoulder surgery, and arbitration results around the league.
