On this episode, The Hallowed Ground is joined by Jill Cunniff who played bass and served as lead vocals and chief songwriter of the band Luscious Jackson. Now, Jill pursues her lifelong passion as a professional artist, fusing her art with music. Driven by the sights and sounds of 1980s New York City, Jill Cunniff and Luscious Jackson developed an eclectic and unique sound all their own on their way to inspiring a generation of musicians by blending alt-rock and rap in a sound that is yet to be duplicated.
