On this episode of Long Gone, the boys recap the AL and NL championship series, and what inevitably led to the east coast/west coast matchup of the New York Yankees and Los Angeles Dodgers. The two have a historic rivalry that spans decades. The Dodgers are riding on a high into the series, but their hearts will be heavy doing so, as their former great on the field and in the broadcasting booth has passed away. Fernando Valenzuela has died at the age of 63. The boys honor the former stud pitcher. Per every year, the boys break down each World Series team’s positions/roster and reveal who they think has the advantage in their segment: ‘Tale of the Tape’. Afterward, they round out the show with Collection Corner.
