On Friday, November 20th, the Animaniacs returned with new episodes for the first time in 22 years. The original show aired from 1993-1998 and was a massive success. Executive produced by Steven Spielberg, the Animaniacs starred the Warner Brothers (and their sister, Dot) who escaped from the WB Water Tower. Jess Harnell is the voice of Wakko Warner, and he joined the podcast to talk about the return. Yes, he does the voice. Often.
Harnell is an accomplished voice actor with over a hundred voice credits. He is also a musician. In the show, he tells an amazing story about the creation of his band, Rock Sugar.
The Animaniacs are zany to the max, and Harnell discusses the fine line between being for kids and adults.
