This week on Secrets of a Sober Mom:

On this week’s episode, I talk about the shame and guilt of being an alcoholic mom. The horrific mistakes I made like choosing alcohol over my kids, led to shame and guilt that flooded my veins.

The good news is, I’ve learned that even though I can’t completely shut the door on those mistakes and have to be reminded of them from time to time, they do not have to dominate my life.

Addiction is stronger than love until the day you break free from the chains.

If you or someone you know needs help at this very minute please call 1-800-662-HELP (4357) you don’t have to feel like this anymore.
