Former ESPN anchor and host Bob Ley joined the podcast this week. Ley joined ESPN for the launch of the network in 1979 and was the longest-tenured on-air employee of the network until his retirement in 2019. Ley is a multiple Emmy Award winner. He hosted World Cups, created Outside the Lines, and was one of the first-ever Sportscenter anchors.
Today, Bob Ley serves on the board of regents for Seton Hall University. In the podcast, he talks about his time at ESPN, and how the network and sports media have changed.
