Josh stops by to talk about his path in coaching, from his playing days at Salisbury to working for John Beilein at West Virginia, to his time as an assistant at Eastern Kentucky. We then discuss how he got the head job at his alma mater and then his now job at Randolph-Macon five years ago. We discuss tips for interviewing and tips for young coaches trying to break in.
