The Forgotten Series is back this summer, and the boys start it off with one forgotten star, who should remain atop of baseball lore. Negro Leagues star Josh Gibson. Some called him, “The Black Babe Ruth”. What could’ve been if he played in Major League Baseball? Not only were some people robbed of never seeing him play, but we’ll never quite know what his full statistics were in the Negro Leagues as only a fraction of these stats were ever recorded. He was a feared right-handed hitter who might be one of the best backstops ever too. The boys talk the legend that is Josh Gibson to kick off their series.
