On this week’s episode of Long Gone, the boys talk a tale of three different owners. One who called up hot-hitting prospect Nolan Schanuel– 40 days after drafting him– in a desperate move to salvage Shohei Ohtani’s season; the other is atop of the AL East with a young core of players who he doesn’t want to extend their contacts, and finally a former winning owner who is second fiddle in Chicago and recently fired his front office… aaand might’ve leaked they would potentially move to Nashville. Afterwards, they discuss the deal that could’ve been with Pete Alonso ending up as a Brewer. Is this still a possibility in the offseason? For this week’s game, the boys select their top/most important duos this season. They round out the show with Fantasy Factory and Collection Corner.
