From there, we celebrate the Mariners snapping the longest playoff drought in sports with their first playoff berth since 2001, and discuss Aaron Judge’s record-tying 61st home run, Tony LaRussa’s second retirement, Shohei Ohtani avoiding arbitration with a record $30 million contract, Charlie Morton and Giovanny Gallegos’ extensions, the new Mariners GM, and the Orioles plan to remain in Baltimore long term.
