From there, we recap the 2021 Baseball Hall of Fame vote, and discuss the MLBPA declining the owners proposal for a delayed, 154 game season, as well as the retirements of Dustin Pedroia and Daniel Murphy, and the allegations of harassment levied against former Mets skipper Mickey Callaway. To wrap up, we recap this week’s hot stove news, which included deals for Didi Gregorius, Marcus Semien, Andrelton Simmons, Darren O’Day, Masahiro Tanaka, Joc Pederson, Tommy LaStella, and others.
