Between Two Tackles

Fix the Franchise- New York Jets Rebuild

This week on Between Two Tackles:

On today’s episode we continue with our Fix the Franchise series. We move to the New York Jets, our hometown team, who should be a championship contender with Aaron Rodgers back in 2024. This team still has holes to fill, but will be ready to compete next season. We talk about the awful 2023 season, including looking back at their previous draft and free agency moves. Then we talk about some foundational pieces this team can build around for the future. We move on to this upcoming free agency and look at the team’s cap space and some possible players to resign and some cap casualties. Then we turn our attention to some 2024 free agents that they can look to bring in and help the roster. Finally, we end with a 7 round mock draft and add some young pieces to boost this rebuild.
