Suns Dismantle Lakers, Prepare for Round 2 Against Nuggets

On this week’s episode of the Sunny in PHX Podcast, Charlie Erling and Mitch Krmpotich celebrate the Suns’ series win against the Lakers, breaking down Game 6, the series as a whole, and then look forward to the series against the Nuggets, giving their 4 Keys to Beat the Nuggets.

Devin Booker came out STRONG in Game 6 and took the life of out the Los Angeles Lakers early in the game. The guys talk about the struggles the Lakers had once losing Anthony Davis, while trying to match up with all the tools the Phoenix Suns were able to throw at them throughout the game. LeBron James ends up being discussed, and the guys are disappointed at how he showed poor sportsmanship throughout the series, especially in this game.

The 4 Keys to Beat the Nuggets come up next, where the guys pick outa what they think will be most impactful in the series. #1 Slow down Jokic, #2 Abuse the Guard Matchups, #3 Take Advantage of our Defense, and #4 Start Strong, take FULL advantage of the home court. The three regular season matchups were decided by a total of 15 points and saw 3 overtime periods, so this will be a great series.
