Gary Thibodeau was convicted of kidnapping Heidi Allen and sentenced to 25 years to life in prison. There was someone openly walking the streets of Oswego who was named a suspect, had a violent history against women, had a motive, and said he knew what happened to Heidi. But that man’s name was not Gary or Richard Thibodeau.
