The Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers are making strong cases for the top spot, but only one can claim No. 1 in this week's Get Paid NFL Power Rankings. Two of my favorite preseason buy-low betting picks, the Jacksonville Jaguars and Minnesota Vikings, are looking strong and have both earned spots in this week's rankings.
