X-Men ’97 is the sequel series to the original X-Men: The Animated Series that aired from 1992 to 1996. Lenore Zann was Rogue in the original show and reprised the role for the new show.

After a successful run, writer Jeremy Adams has moved on to Green Lantern and Aquaman, to name a few. In February 2025, Adams signed a multi-year exclusivity contract with DC Comics.
