On the day of Gary Thibodeau’s sentencing hearing, information about Heidi Allen keeping detailed diaries was leaked to the defense. Diaries that were said to have no mention of the Thibodeau brothers and were never disclosed to the defense team of Gary Thibodeau. After Gary was convicted his brother Richard would face a jury, but Richard’s trial went much differently than his brother’s.
