Greg Cipes has voiced Beast Boy since the original Teen Titans show in 2003. After that show’s successful run, Cipes went on to voice dozens of other characters. Then, in 2013, the spinoff Teen Titans Go! launched on Cartoon Network with Cipes returning to the Beast Boy role. He later reprised his role as Beast Boy in the HBO Max show Young Justice.
Teen Titans Go! & DC Super Hero Girls: Mayhem in the Multiverse is a crossover that was announced on the 2021 DC Kids Fandome. It was released on May 24th on Blu-Ray/DVD and is slated to be released on May 28th on Cartoon Network and June 28th on HBO Max.
In this episode, which Cipes recorded while walking nonstop on the streets of New York City. Accompanied by his dog, Wingman G, Cipes spoke about how Beast Boy was his first-ever role. He discussed the freedom he and the other cast members had to inject their own personalities into their characters.
