This week on Sports With Friends:

This is the continuation of the conversation with longtime Mariners reporter/broadcaster Shannon Drayer. Part 1 (Episode 285) told the story of how a Starbucks manager won a contest and turned it into a radio career. The story continues after Seth Everett left Seattle, and how she transitioned from KJR to the Seattle Mariners Radio Network, where she has been since 2003.

Shannon’s inspiring story is about her perseverance and determination, and also some tricks of the trade. She also explains what she learned from being mentored by Seth.
