This special episode centers around the 122nd matchup between Army and Navy. The game took place on December 11, 2021, at Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Former player and longtime CBS analyst Gary Danielson worked his 13th Army-Navy game while Ross Tucker called the game for Westwood One Radio.

This episode’s focus is not on the game, which Navy won 17-13. Instead, the focus was on the patriotism and unification displayed in a society that is as divided as ever. In addition to the 2 special guests, there are 2 Army cadets interviewed and 1 Navy veteran. The introductions were also recorded at Metlife Stadium.
