452. Introducing the ’90 Captain America Director’s Cut Seth Everett
On this week’s episode of the Sunny in PHX Podcast, Charlie Erling and Mitch Krmpotich talk about the streaking Phoenix Suns, who are coming off a four game win streak. Chris Paul and Cameron Johnson have both returned to the lineup, both providing a huge spark for the team. Over the last week, the Suns have leapt from the 12th seed to a brief moment at the 5 seed – and currently sit at the 7 spot.
Good news on the ownership front, Mat Ishbia is set to take over the team before the February 9th trade deadline. The Suns seem to be active in numerous trade discussions, and it sounds like they had a shot at trading for Rui Hachimura, who ended up heading to the Lakers for a very reasonable return. Let’s hope that James Jones and Ishbia will have something up their sleeves before the deadline hits.
Thanks for tuning in, and Go Suns!
