This week on the Sunny in PHX Podcast, Charlie Erling and Mitch Krmpotich talk about Bismack Biyombo’s huge and instant impact on the Suns over the last couple weeks, break down the games against the Mavericks, Pacers, and Jazz, and then preview next week’s games against the Pacers, Timberwolves, and Spurs.

Biyombo was a great signing by Suns GM James Jones, who adds yet another depth piece to the roster. With Biyombo’s stellar play, does this make the Suns more willing to settle on a trade for Jalen Smith? Does this make it easier to add in guys like Saric or Kaminsky to a trade? Listen in to hear what the guys think.

The Suns swept their road trip, finishing things up in Dallas. This was one of those games where the Suns showed complete dominance in the fourth quarter, and the guys express how much they enjoyed it. The next two games featured beat-up rosters with the Pacers and Jazz, but both teams played solid basketball to keep things competitive against the Suns.

The Suns play three games this week, against the Jazz, Timberwolves, and Spurs. The Jazz could likely be getting some of their starters back, while the Timberwolves are playing .500 basketball and the Spurs are the Spurs. This should make for a good week of basketball.
