This week on the Sunny in Phoenix podcast, Charlie Erling and Mitch Krmpotich open up the show by talking about the disappointing loss to the Washington Wizards, and the events that followed.
The guys tell you what went wrong against the Wizards while looking for a few bright spots. Devin Booker put up the big numbers in this one but didn’t get much help from anywhere else. The Sun’s X-Factor, Jae Crowder, had a disappointing night as well as Deandre Ayton. Charlie and Mitch take a few minutes to discuss the impact of Ayton on the defensive end of the court, and the lack of an impact on the offensive side.
After that, they discuss how the three games will get made up, and when. After that, they talk a bit about the upcoming games this week against the Grizzlies, Rockets, and Nuggets x2.
Thanks for tuning in, check us out on social media @sunnyinphxpod, and we’ll talk again next week. Go Suns!
