S11E12: NBA Finals, Stanley Cup Final, MLB Greg Crone
On this week’s episode of the Sunny in PHX podcast, Charlie Erling and Mitch Krmpotich talk about the three huge new additions to the Phoenix Suns roster. One by trade, one by draft, one by free agency.
The guys start things off with talking about the acquisition of Chris Paul, and everything that comes along with him. The prospect of a leader who can talk the talk, as well as walk the walk, have the guys very excited. See what they have to say about what Paul will do for guys like Booker and Ayton.
After the Paul discussion, the guys talk about the surprising #10 pick in the draft, Jalen Smith. The feeling here is very similar to the Cam Johnson pick, and the guys hope things go a direction just like that this year.
Free agency started with a bang, while the Suns watched many free agents cash huge checks. The Suns stayed patient and landed Jae Crowder to a 3 year deal. Listen in to see the impact a guy like Crowder will have on these playoff bound Suns.
Thanks for tuning in, drop a line @sunnyinphxpod – and we’ll talk to you in a couple weeks. Go Suns!
