On this week’s episode of Create Your Shot, Smallz and Tyler chat with Mike MacDonald of the Daemen College Wildcats out of the ECC! Mike is in his twenty second season as a head coach with previous stops at Canisuis and Medaille. Mike talks about getting his start in coaching, suffering a team tragedy and working his entire life in the greater Buffalo area. We also talk through transitioning a team from NAIA to division II and his current team at Daemen.
