On the 300th, that’s right 300 episodes, of the Underdog NBA Show, Tyler and Zandrick discuss the 2025 season and predict awards! They begin with a discussion of how insane it is that Victor Wembanyama is such a massive favorite for Defensive Player of the Year despite playing on a team that will likely not be a top defense. They then shift to other awards starting with Rookie of the Year and discuss why Reed Sheppard’s candidacy is very interesting. They then move on to sixth man of the year and most improved player and discuss how different the narratives for these awards work before finally discussing MVP.
