This week on the Sunny in PHX Podcast, Mitch Krmpotich and Charlie Erling start off the episode by talking about the newest free agent acquisitions by the Phoenix Suns. Dario Saric and Jevon Carter are back on the roster this season, and looking to build on how the Suns finished up their season. New guys on the roster include E’Twaun Moore, Langston Galloway, and Damian Jones. The guys discuss the ability for the Suns to now be able to target free agents in their physical primes who are ready to win basketball games.
After that, talks head to the depth chart. Who comes off the bench for CP3 and Booker when they need a breather? The guys predict who they think will be first off the bench out of Carter, Cameron Payne, Moore, and Galloway. Then talks move to the center position and who will back up Ayton. Could it be Saric? Rookie Jalen Smith? Damian Jones?
The guys wrap up the show by talking about the Chris Paul effect and all the nationally televised games the Suns will play in the first half of the season. Things are getting exciting! Check us out on social media @sunnyinphxpod and Go SUNS!
