From there, we pay tribute to Hall of Famer Gaylord Perry, who passed away at the age of 84, and discuss new homes for All-Stars Jacob DeGrom, Trea Turner, Justin Verlander, and Jose Abreu. To wrap up, we discuss the Yankees’ offer to Aaron Judge and extension for Brian Cashman, a trade between the Mariners and Brewers, Zach Eflin heading to the Rays, Tony Clark’s extension to lead the MLBPA, and Miguel Cabrera announcing his retirement following the 2023 season.
