This show has a video version:

This week, Mario and Twenty welcome Mario’s long-time friend, Adria Moses to the Expression Appraisal Table.

Kill Them With Kindness seems like sound advice that would make for a better world, but can you truly be kind if you if your kindness kills?

Watch as Mario and Twenty are joined by Detroit native, long-time friend of Mario, and founder of The School of Radical Healing to discuss the meaning and origin of Kill Them With Kindness. Adria brings her expertise as a writer of trauma-informed care and a leader of trauma-informed facilitation to connect the essence of kindness as a way of responding to cruelty.

Adria is a Survivor, Trauma-Informed Facilitator, Writer, and the Founder of the School of Radical Healing, a digital liberation space that centers BIPOC individuals in cultivating mental & emotional wellbeing through somatics, love, and language. Adria has graced the cover and pages of HOUR Detroit’s Health Guide for her work as a yoga guide, held the stage with NBA professional Derrick Rose normalizing the conversation around mental health, and inspires thousands through her words every day.
