In the 1950s there were the Adventures of Superman. In the 60’s it was Batman. The 70s brought us Wonder Woman on television, Star Wars, and Superman: The Movie. How did we get from that era to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Arrowverse, & today’s glutton of superhero content?

The CW series Stargirl premiered its 3rd season recently, and it is currently the only DC-related show on the network’s fall schedule. Yvette Monreal plays Yolanda Montez/Wildcat since the show’s first season.

The milestone 300th episode of the Hall of Justice podcast features actor Phil Morris. Morris is best known for playing lawyer Jackie Chiles on Seinfeld. He has over 200 credits in his career.

Meanwhile, Marvel unveiled its plans for Phases 4, 5, and 6 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Beginning with the conclusion of the ongoing Phase 4, Marvel announced many new films and series that will make their debut in the next few years. Phase 4 winds up with She-Hulk.

Peacemaker was a breakout hit in 2022 for HBO Max, its parent company, and the DC Extended Universe. Steve Agee plays John Economos. Agee played John in 2021’s The Suicide Squad and then reprised the role in Peacemaker.
